AC never got cold, room was a sauna.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning that kept the space cool even in the heat of summer. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with cleanliness in common areas, specifically around the back parking lot where I witnessed homeless individuals and loud gatherings. Despite the convenient location near restaurants, the atmosphere made it uncomfortable to stay. Overall, it’s a mixed experience with some redeeming qualities but several concerning aspects.

Request a non-smoking room to avoid odors, even if a smoking option is the only one available.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially with the comfy beds and updated furniture in our room. There was also a nice outdoor seating area to relax and a fire pit that added to our evenings. The only downside was the absence of a mini-fridge, but overall, it was a pleasant experience for the value! 😊

Had a great time with friends! We visited Niagara Falls and a local amusement park, both easily reachable. The rooms were clean, and the staff was really helpful. It's a good spot for groups, especially if you need a comfy place to crash after a long day.

Just a fitting option for a weekend in Binghamton with fantastic value. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and made check-in easy. If you can, bring some air freshener just in case.
